 Selling Commission:

If I sell the truck (meaning if I come to your business and close the sell needing to speak Spanish), or find the customer for your equipment or parts I would appreciate if my commission would be in alignment with the commission you pay  your sales people.  If I need to translate the sale between you and the customer just pay me something that is fair.  If you do all the work no fees would be expected or wanted.
